How the desk builds a combo

Every leg starts as an ordinary pick the model and the bookmakers broadly agree on. The desk then groups the strongest of today’s picks into two, three and four leg accumulators: an acca, a multi bet, a multibet, different names for the same idea of joining picks into one bigger price.

Because every leg must land, the combined probability drops fast: three 60% picks win together only about one time in five. That is why each card shows the combined odds and the combined chance side by side. The price is honest only if the probability next to it is honest too.

On quiet days there may be no combo at all. The desk does not force a card when nothing qualifies, and every published combo is settled against the final scores on the public record.
